We are a 10 years experienced professional powder coatingbusiness that covers anything from wheels, gates, garden furniture and fixtures
etc for general public to architectural steel and alloys, bus stop shelters,
plant machinery and factory machines for large and small businesses.
We offer a broad range of stunning finishes, the gloss has a
superb lustre, the sating has a perfect in between matte and gloss lustre and the
matte has a true lustreless finish. We can coat in any colour from the RAL
colour chart which has well over 2000 colours to choose from. We also offer metallic,
chrome, and specialised finishes such as our own black and bronze crackle
effect.
The powder coating process utilises an electrostatic spray
gun which will only work with metal because of the conductive properties.
Powder coated items are then placed in an oven and heated up to 200 degrees
centigrade where the coating polymerizes and forms a hard and endurable
coating. This process can only be used on metal objects as it has to endure
high temperatures.
