If you discontinue, the visits can either be used at a later date or you may request a refund for any unused sessions, in which event, no discounted fee will be applicable. The fee status for each visit used would be 40.00. We do ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or re-schedule appointments. This is so we can allocate appointment times for emergency care if required. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice (unless an emergency) will be charged a cancellation fee of 16.
