Angles Ladies Health and Fitness Club Ltd opened on the first October 2007 with a J40, 000 refit. The two directors of the club have more than three decades of industry experience between them and would like to provide their warmest welcome to any prospective new members. We provide ladies only fitness and health using nice quality equipment in a clean, comfortable and friendly environment. Our experienced and qualified Instructors supply programmes and lifestyle advice to meet all fitness levels. We pride ourselves with being 'a tiny gym with a huge personality'
