Osteopathy is a hands-on approach to dealing with painful conditions. There are many different techniques that can be used and every Osteopath has their own way of treating. There are techniques that can be used to specifically treat all parts of the body whether it be muscle, ligament, bones and joints, or less obvious areas such as the internal organs, nerves, fascia, membranes etc. The list of conditions that can be helped is endless but it must be remembered that Osteopathy is not a magic bullet and there are a few patients who fail to reply for whatever reason.
