Asset Management Property Maintenance Ltd (AMPM) came into operation at the end of 1997 providing maintenance management. The firm was established to procure and manage cost effective reactive and planned preventative maintenance contracts, delivering improved financial control, timesaving, auditability and accountability. In 2006 AMPM set up a 24/7 365 day a year helpdesk to work in conjunction with the cost management side of the business.
