Alliance Property Services - The independent lettings and property management firm covering the Guildford and Woking areas, providing a complete array of property services for tenants, landlords and residents' associations of apartment developments. As landlords with a property portfolio of our own, we found high street agents did not meet our standards and decided we could do our own letting and management. From there it was a natural progression to extend the service to other landlords, which we've been doing for over ten years.
