read moreCrematoriums, at the moment, restrict numbers to 16 people at Wakefield and 14 at Pontefract (inside the Crematorium building) and 0 people outside the building. The outside speakers are turned off. Most Churches admit 30 people but ultimately numbers allowed in Church will be decided by the incumbent. We at Howarth's, can accommodate 30 people in our Marquee (current gov guidelines) at the rear of our premises at Thornes with safe distancing measures in place (free of charge). When we are able to make the area secure and replace the missing grass we will re-open again for services in the marquee.
