Air conditioning is the process of cooling the ambient air in rooms/buildings and at the same time controlling the relative humidity by adding back the right amount of moisture. This is to reach a relative humidity of around 50% which is generally considered to be most comfortable. When the air is cooled and no control of humidity takes place the right term is actually comfort cooling but this is more commonly referred to as air conditioning. Air conditioning / comfort cooling are normally achieved by use of refrigerant based systems which utilise two heat transfer coils.

Brilleant service and a reasonable price. We 'phoned them at 08:30, the dehumidifer was on site and working by 10:30! Can't fault this company in any way and would definitely use them again.

Ordered a dehumidifier, after a 6 week slow leak in the kitchen that requires Thames water intervention before the internal plumbing could be fixed.
Swift delivery, unit worked for weeks, damp dried up.
Collected a day after request for pickup.

Fantastic and easy service from both Tania and Andy, phoned up in the morning to discuss cooling solutions for our manufacturing area and had the units delivered and commisioned in the afternoon. Andy also gave us some further tips that would help keep the area cooler whilst on site. Would definetely recommend.
