About Us

All our operational staff undertake regular quality control, both internally, and as part of the RICE scheme. RICE (Regular Interlaboratory Counting Exchange) is an independent scheme, established in 1984 and administered by the Health & Safety Laboratory (HSL), the aim of which is to minimise inter-laboratory differences in asbestos fibre counting levels and to provide a formal assessment of laboratory performance.
