The ability to consume parts is allowed (be they supplied by the sub-contractor or not) and the recording of chargeable time beyond call-out. The same approach can be taken to resolving customer problems, which do not require an engineer but do require a co-ordinator to keep control.

Point of Sale (POS) usually means that the customer will be present when the sale is made. This is a quick process where payment may also be taken at time when the sale is made. Our system can import the orders and payments captured over the web.

Lots of systems say they integrate to an accounting system provided by a third party. That's a bit like someone buying a plain sponge cake, decorating it and claiming that they are the craftsman baker. Suppose you bite on something unexpected in the cake and break a tooth Who do you hold responsible, the provider of the sponge or the person who decorated it? Not easy! That may seem a bit far-fetched but illustrates the point.
