ADSIS IT Limited accepts no responsibility where the Courier or Postal Service is at fault for delayed delivery once the goods have been despatched. Large or bulky items may incur an additional delivery cost dependant on size and weight. This will be notified to you on order processing, and any additional payment incurred will need to be made prior to despatch. Should the additional charge not be acceptable, your order will be cancelled and refunded in full.

That is why we are happy to offer a full refund if you are not 100 per cent happy with your purchase, provided that you return it in saleable condition within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns we receive outside of our 14 days returns policy will only be accepted at our discretion except in the case of faulty, missing, incomplete or damaged orders. Please return the entire contents of the product including the manufacturers' boxes, cables, manuals etc unless otherwise directed.
