I would not recommend this trader under ANY circumstances
I would not recommend this trader under ANY circumstances. The 10 year warranty has turned out no to be worth the paper it was written on. I paid tens of thousands of pounds for his extremely poor work. I have been trying for 5 years for the shoddy work to be rectified by him. He doesn't answer phone calls and he simply ignored my recorded delivery letter some 11 months ago. In brief the problems that were brought to his attention approx 1 year after completion include the following:1. The majority of the patio slabs were loose due to poor fixing & crumbling grouting.
2. New garden wall developed significant cracks suggestive of poor foundation and workmanship.
3. Bespoke side gate misaligned and had poor quality fittings.
4. Garden shed: distorted timber preventing doors closing properly.
None
Costed tens of thousands of pounds and left with a poor quality work

Shocking Customer Service
Good team of guys doing the work, very polite and conscientious. As for the rest, the design process was ad hoc and decisions were rushed. After care was shocking to say the least with emails and phone calls ignored or long delays of weeks before they were returned. Issues only finally resolved 7 months after work was completed! Discount absolutely refused and would not discuss or apologise for issues. Language used was disrespectful and belittling. I would recommend the team of landscapers that did the work if they set up by themselves, otherwise I would avoid like the plague. Value for Money

My wife and I would like to say how pleased we are with the work done last August to our back garden. The pathways are really well laid and look as good as the day they were put down. The faux grass is also very easy on the eye. it is almost to perfect it looks so real. There is just one small problem with the grass . It has a 6inch wide shadow running though the grass .I was hoping that it would fade over time . However I can live with it ....If Mr Mr Addington is in the area he is most welcome to see. The two men Thomas and Callum both did a great job. Value for Money

DISAPPOINTED
Would anyone that is considering re-landscaping please contact me to discuss the problems I encountered. The main one being I paid for the removal of a pond but it got covered over with earth and the original overflow removed, consequently it floods now and has damaged steps and patio. Also a drain got covered over so it could not be rodded immediately. There are other niggles too. Addingtons will have an answer for this but there are always two sides. Value for Money
