Was in a rush to get home so didn't have time to argue but this in absolutely unacceptable. I want a refund. The pick up was a little further than the hotel compared with what we experienced before from other taxi service but were told taxi not allowed to get closer to the hotel!. However the driver was on time and polite. The car was Mercedes people carrier of basic standard and clean and the journey was good.
