It must be administered by a professional consultant, like an architect.

ABC have signed off circa 10 projects for us over the past 7 years and from their surveyors through to their office staff and technical team they are a joy to deal with. They turn their paperwork around very quickly which is vital when deadlines need to be hit.

Happy to recommend ABC Warranty & Architects Certificates without reservation. It was a daunting prospect for me to get 4 PCCs for flat conversions. I found the team to be extremely helpful, keeping me in the loop and they were were speedy in their response, which went a long way to alleviate stress. I worked with Jatinder at ABC to obtain a PCC for our newbuild house. He was extremely quick at getting back to me and helped make the whole process as simple as possible from start to finish. I cannot recommend the company enough - we have had a nightmarish experience moving house this year, yet Jatinder and his team were the exception - I would certainly work with them again!

Jatinder at ABC Warranty was so helpful and knowledgeable with regards to the warranty they offer, and exactly what the procedure would be. I checked with the buyers lender that it fulfilled all the legal needs, and it did, with ease. An amazing service from Mark and the team. Unfortunately I lost my business partner during Covid who handled building warranty matters. In challenging times ABC were able to track all previous correspondence from as far back as 2018 and resolved the issue of certification, working with the original inspector to organise a final inspection with a qualified and briefed colleague over the Easter break at short notice to support the sale of our properties. Fantastic experience; I tried a to get a warranty via another company before finding ABC only to discover they were a broker co.; after months of different but similar requests for project details I gave up and was lucky to find ABC. Dealing direct with people who know what they are doing, within a few weeks all documents reviewed and site visits completed. For the next project I will go to ABC from the outset

I have a three-bedroom house property built-in in 2016 that was with Alpha CRL warranty. Unfortunately, they went into liquidation leaving me in a messy situation. I have called up many companies to seek quotes for alternatives and found Architects Certificate & ABC Warranty the best. Tom Palin the accounts executive has been amazing from my initial from the very first phone call, to the actual booking of an appointment of a surveyor and to the end of issuing a PCC certification (took less than 10 days).
The surveyor (Armarn) was super friendly, punctual and professional. I have been totally impressed with the speed of response, helpfulness and general professionalism. I will certainly be recommending them to anyone who may need a PCC on a new build warranty.

The guys kindly upgraded our 6 year architects certification to a 10 year warranty on request of our property buyer. They did it in a matter of maximum couple of days, fabulous service and really helpful and stress free. Will definitely use again for our next build. Brilliant.

The whole process from start to finish has been excellent. From the initial discussions through to the quote and ultimately our acceptance, we were provided with all the information we needed to make an informed decision. Everyone we spoke with on the phone and email were extremely professional and we really felt they had our interests at heart. The speed that a surveyor was appointed and then visited the property far exceeded expectations.
The surveyor was also very professional and courteous, respecting our property throughout his visit. The technical team worked amazingly quickly and were clear with all communication. Our certification was issued within 2 days of the surveyor attending our property.amazing! We can't praise the whole team enough and fully recommend their services.
