Knowledgeable and experienced they are often the front line of our business. In addition to having good product and technical knowledge our Installation Engineers have undergone a range of training to ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation. Additionally some have additional accreditation for working on specific sites such as oil refineries, construction sites or utility infrastructure sites.

We have a dedicated Tender Co-ordinator who works with our Account Managers to develop or comply with comprehensive Contract Management terms as defined in pre-contract documents. We operate our own electronic customer management system that has been designed to provide a comprehensive contract management service from initial contact, through contract commencement, contract duration and beyond.
