We were formed in 2009 after identifying a lack of continuity between Security,
Fire Safety and Health and Safety services. What we found was that although
these disciplines have many things in common, it is extremely unusual to find
one assessor who has excellent professional qualifications in all three
areas.
We have just such an assessor and our approach has met with an
excellent response with customers from Newcastle in the North, to Bournemouth in
the South and in cities such as London and Birmingham as well as rural areas
such as Hereford and Worcester.
In
July 2010 we relocated from London to Hereford in the West Midlands but we
continue to offer our services across the UK.
We
are dedicated to delivering a Common Sense Approach to Risk and we ensure our
services are adapted to your needs AND your budget !

(LFB) and successfully passed the Institute of Fire Engineers Risk Assessor's
examination before completing further training in Fire Risk Assessment again
with the LFB. He is also a member of the IFPO.
We have completed assessments for a wide variety of
businesses across the UK with customers including the Corporation of London and we
pride ourselves on delivering highly professional reports that are clear and
concise.
We can also provide Fire Safety training andPolicies,

Assembly Point, Fire Safety and COSHH requirements, advice on Arson Prevention

read moreAfter 23 years service as a Metropolitan Police Officer in East London, from 2005 to 2007 our Consultant went on to specialise in 'Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design' [CPTED] and in 2008 after a year's secondment, he joined a government-funded regeneration project in East London. In this role he provided advice on CPTED issues to the local Police, Designers, Architects, Residents Groups, TMO's, transport for London, Local Authority departments and Commercial developers relating to the design of streets, transport hubs, parks and green spaces, housing and commercial property developments.
