The Gym was set up in 1970 by Ron Ball and Pete Vickery - the latter a successful competitor in Cycling, Bodybuilding and Power Lifting, with a string of trophies to his name. Fitness Adventure provides a holistic approach to getting fit through activities which stimulate the mind and body. Fitness Adventure supplies quality instruction in climbing, kite sports, mountain biking, kayaking and snow sports, from a Sussex base. As well as introduction courses, Fitness Adventure
